Reliance Medical provides site planning for PACS systems in partnership with major PACS software companies. We work with Cedara software for mid - large facilities and we recommend AMS PACS software for smaller facilities.

Reliance also sells and services equipment and systems required for PACS including CR Systems, DR Systems, software, servers, printers, film digitizers,  diagnostic monitors, workstations, CD image storage managers and more.

PACS provides the functionality necessary to transition to a less-film digital imaging operation. Access to images is simplified and archival/retrieval is completely automated.

 

Web-enabled image servers allow users to access images easily with virtually any standard PC connected to the intranet/internet. Scaleable local and on-line image storage eliminates traditional media archiving and remote imaging locations are often linked to PACS via teleradiology.
